We purchased our Imagine 3100RD at another Grand Design dealer last year. We have been getting water leaking in but could not figure out where it was coming from. We stopped by on a Saturday to maybe talk to someone in service but they were closed. Brian, the GM asked us what was going on and then took the time and showed us where the water would be getting in on a exact same model 3100RD they had on the lot. He explained the problem and solution. On a cold damp day, when he was not feeling well, and the trailer not even having been purchased there, was really someone going above and beyond. Very good person. Thank you again Brian. I wish I would have purchased here in the first place. Will next time. And definitely recommend.

Brought our camper in for warranty service. Work was completed within the promised timeframe. Jon was great and went over everything that was done and answered any additional questions I had.

Everyone that we met from the staff were nice people. We could tell right away that we were not being treated like a number or being pressured in any way. We took several weeks to decided what we wanted and were welcomed each time. The buying process was fantastic filled with a great walk through on the trailer we decided on and the proper use and maintenance recommendations.

Great Service. We have had a couple small issues with our new RV. Alex and John from the service desk were very helpful. Jordan and Bryon, repair techs came out at different times and resolved our problems quickly and efficiently. From sales to service Galloway White horse RV is highly recommended

Alex Chris and the team were amazing before during and after the purchase. I purchased the extended warranty had an issue and it was resolved quickly.

Prior to our recent RV purchase at White Horse RV, we had owned another RV purchased from an out-of-state dealer in 2013. Due to the distance to this out-of-state dealer, we contacted White Horse RV and they handled the bi-annual service for several years. This proved helpful when COVID hit and they were only working on RVs purchased from them. Due to us already having an account with them, they were able to continue doing the bi-annual service.

We really appreciated that. When it was time to upgrade to our new RV last summer, we went to White Horse RV, and found the one perfect for us. We appreciate the personal service they provide. They are not pushy to make a sale.

Their service department is honest and forthright. They called when they had questions about our RV (while it was in for maintenance) and answered every call we made. They never make us feel like we are a bother. White Horse RV is our go-to dealership.

Looked at trailer at three different dealers White Horse was the best to deal with never pressured to buy. They went out of there way to make sure that I was happy with what i was purchasing

Every one is very nice and helpful they answered all our questions and the price was exactly what they quoted no hidden fees, this our second fifth wheel that we purchased from Whitehorse, great place and fair.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Alex and John in the service department went above and beyond for us on a warranty issue. They were so accommodating!! We also bought our rv at this location in 2019 and everything has been wonderful!!! Great place to buy and service your rv! Highly highly recommend!!

I couldn't have been happier with the service we received while at Whitehorse RV. From our sales rep Dave to the technicians when I picked up the camper and was given the walk through. Everyone went above and beyond for my wife and I, making it a very pleasurable buying experience.

What a great experience with the entire White Horse team! From looking at it, to the financing, to the final walk thru to delivery it was great! We used Shane Papson for delivery and set up, it was seamless!
