Alex Chris and the team were amazing before during and after the purchase. I purchased the extended warranty had an issue and it was resolved quickly.
Prior to our recent RV purchase at White Horse RV, we had owned another RV purchased from an out-of-state dealer in 2013. Due to the distance to this out-of-state dealer, we contacted White Horse RV and they handled the bi-annual service for several years. This proved helpful when COVID hit and they were only working on RVs purchased from them. Due to us already having an account with them, they were able to continue doing the bi-annual service.
We really appreciated that. When it was time to upgrade to our new RV last summer, we went to White Horse RV, and found the one perfect for us. We appreciate the personal service they provide. They are not pushy to make a sale.
Their service department is honest and forthright. They called when they had questions about our RV (while it was in for maintenance) and answered every call we made. They never make us feel like we are a bother. White Horse RV is our go-to dealership.
Looked at trailer at three different dealers White Horse was the best to deal with never pressured to buy. They went out of there way to make sure that I was happy with what i was purchasing

Having read all these dealer horror stories online, I was braced for the worst. My experience was actually exactly the opposite. From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. Except for paying the bill, of course. I've never seen a better run automotive operation in my life.
They certainly have earned my respect and Business going forward.

Bob was very helpful and patient during our purchase of a used airstream camper. Sean did a great job with our walk through and the service department took care of many of our concerns prior to our pickup. The support staff was equally as professional. I was impressed and highly recommend.

We're from CA, and set out to drive our 40' Winnebago diesel pusher cross country all the way to Maine. While in Ohio, our bedroom slide would not go back in properly. It took us many phone calls, and several in-person stops along the way to ask for assistance in trying to close our slide which was sticking out roughly 6 inches and clearly had gotten off track and was no longer aligned properly. .
We were turned down by every repair shop, informing us it would take a while for anyone to be able to look at it because they were all backed up for weeks in their service departments. .
While passing through NJ, we came across Whitehorse RV. We were worried water was going to leak into the bedroom with the rains in the forecast. We thought we'd give them a try and ask for some help. They were the first place to graciously try to help us after dozens of attempts..
Clint met us in the parking lot and told us he would get his manager. Without hesitation they took care of it. Irvin was incredibly helpful too.
We bought an RV from here in the fall of 2023 and have had a fantastic experience with the staff at Whitehorse RV!
We’ve needed some work on a few things, and their service department has knocked it out of the park in both customer service and technical know-how. I’d highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market!

The women, Stacy and Liz, in the parts department were extremely helpful. They researched what I needed and made sure to give me the correct items. I had difficulty because I lost the keys to my trailer and they spent a long time trying to help me.
I have been camping for over 40 years and have, therefore, purchased and dealt with many RV salespeople. Cliff is an extraordinary salesperson in many ways:
1) From the first time we met Cliff, it was obvious he genuinely cared about what was best for us. In other words, he did not push the most expensive trailer on us. Actually, we were originally looking for something small to hold us over until retirement.
2) Cliff had a lot of patience. Lol. Since I was apprehensive about purchasing a trailer different than what I was used to, Cliff showed us everything and explained differences in detail. After countless texts and in-person showings, Cliff still kept focused on what was best for us at this point in our lives by pointing out things I never thought of. Again, it wasn't about the sale. He truly cared about us being happy with whatever we purchased.
3) Since I have read about and heard horror stories about service departments in general (NOT at Whitehorse RV), I had many questions about warranty work, etc., Cliff brought us to the service department to meet the manager and technician. That's the first time anyone has invited us to meet the people who will be servicing our camper. Rachel and John were so nice and could not have been more helpful. This alone was what pretty much sealed the deal for us when it came to wanting to deal with the Whitehorse RV Egg Harbor City location.
4) Cliff went out of his way many times which meant staying after hours once as well as answering countless questions via texts.
From my experience with many campers (fifth wheels and travel trailers), expect to have some kind of problem with something at some point. The most important thing is to stick with a place that's honest, has a reliable service department, and goes out of their way to help people out. I saw this first-hand while at the Egg Harbor City location as I overheard Brian the manager do whatever he could to make a customer happy AFTER their purchase.
After we purchased a 2024 Grand Design 2500RL, we did have a very minor issue on our test run with it. My husband sent an email and Brian the manager, the tech department, and Cliff responded almost immediately. It was unbelievable. They wanted us to get the trailer in ASAP so they could take care of the issue. To me, this was amazing because the issue is so minor that we're just going to put it on our list for Fall service, BUT it shows that they ALL care even after the purchase has been made. Thank you, Cliff and everyone at Whitehorse RV in Egg Harbor City, for dealing with a tough sale (lol) in the best way possible as well as literally jumping at the opportunity to "make things right" when it's not even a major concern.
Everyone involved is informed and very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2024 class c Melbourne from the Williamstown dealer. We had a few kinks that needed attention (similar to buying a new car or boat). Our salesman, Kevin, responded quickly to our concerns and directed us to service and Rusty has quickly solved our issues. This company is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this family company.
Best buying experience. No pressure, no oversell, no gimmick, just straight forward “I care for your enjoyment” informative guided purchasing experience. Heather was great at showing us all the motorcoach available in their lot and offered the best for my family. I am really satisfied with the purchase and I am going to enjoy the motor coach for a long time. Before I signed any documents, the service team provided walk thru of the entire RV and noted all of our concerns and noted on the sales document. Hello, I just wanted to send a big Thank you to Chris Spancake, and the team in Galloway. I recently purchased my first camper, and Chris was very helpful during the process. The crew was very helpful in explaining the “ins and outs” of camper life. I’m enjoying my camper and looking forward to many adventures and destinations! I am currently camping on an avocado farm about 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean in California! Not many people can say that they’ve gone coast to coast, and I couldn’t have gotten here without Chris’ help!
