I was so hesitant to buy a camper because I hVe so many horror storiea about rv dealers and their service departments.

From the moment I called white Horse (happily got Billy Ray as our sales person), it was a positive experience. I cannot commend white Horse rv enough, especially Billy Ray.

He was so easy to work with, answered any and all we had questions, went out of his way to make sure everything was done for the pre-inspection, and even checked (and fixed) the wiring in the stereo for us before we left. After we got our camper home, I noticed a little hole in a cabinet (which just looks like a screw went through it) and Billy Ray responded right away and let me know how to fix it (also offered to fix it if I brought it in, but it really is an easy fix) and is also sending me out the material to fix it.

Paul, the guy who installed our hitch was a wealth of knowledge as well, and really took the time to make sure we understood the hitch setup and how it worked. Lori in the parts department was also super helpful and took her time to go over everything we would need for camping. This team was a dream!!!

This was our first time buying a RV and the team here was amazing.

Billy Ray worked with us from deciding which model we wanted all the way thru to our first camping trip!!!

They are knowledgeable and caring and just wonderful people. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

This was my husband and I’d first time ever looking at buying a travel trailer. Brian and Cliff were absolutely amazing !

They steered us in a great direction after getting a feel for what we were looking for as far as dependability, features, price, size, and comfort. They answered every possible question and kept us in the loop as when the trailer was done production and arrival date.

Picking up our trailer was an absolute breeze! Coming from both working in the car business we were shocked how smoothly everything went. John did our pre-delivery walk around with us and it was perfect. He answered all our questions and even gave us some tips for things to look out for and remember when we are out on our own.

Paul installed the hitch on my husband’s truck so quickly and explained in detail how to attach everything and break it all down. They all really made us feel much more comfortable towing and using the trailer !!

If you are nervous about being a first time trailer shopper, I promise you this is the place to go! Thank you guys for everything !!

Well worth the drive from NY to them. Not only for the price but the service and people that work there are above and beyond the nicest, most hospitable people I have every done a transaction with.

My husband and I just purchased our 3rd RV - 2021 Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel from White Horse and extremely happy.

We had a trade and were treated fairly and with much respect by Heather Shannon VP of Operations and our Salesman Kevin Sullivan. We had many questions on the new unit and if they didn't have an answer immediately got back to us by end of day. No high pressure sales, honest, respectable and reliable.

We love this family owned dealership and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used or new RV. There lot is always full of new units and the turnover is amazing. You won't be sorry!!!! Don't waste your time give this establishment a visit and you'll understand exactly what I mean.

We bought our travel trailer in 2004 from White Horse. They are putting a new roof on. The staff is do nice. We would never go anywhere else.
