We found the trailer on RV Trader. After we sent the inquiry Billy reached out the next day. We live in Arizona so we had to handle the entire transaction remotely.

Billy was terrific through the entire process. We connected on a video call for a tour of the trailer and once we agreed to purchase the team sent us all the paperwork overnight.

I arranged for a transport company to bring us the trailer. Billy again set up a video call for our walkaround and gave us the overview of the camper. Everyone we worked with made the transaction simple. Being that we were 2500 miles away and never met it all went smoothly.

We take our Jayco Alante here for service Sue & Deann are always helping with booking an appointment and giving follow up about what's happening.

We had an odd electrical issue and Rusty and his team of service techs were able to trace and resolve the issue. They are very honest and helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. We are grateful to be able to use them for the past few years

Purchased a new to us 2008 Jayco Seneca 35GS. We are from Texas and have been watching the Motorhome market for the last 2 years.

This motorhome came up in our search. RJ made the experience of buying an RV 2000 miles away from us a little less stressful.. Nothing like a 2000 mile test drive home.

Purchased a 2017 Jayco. Barry the salesman was friendly and professional from start to finish.

During the pickup walkthrough we noticed a couple of issues with the camper. Mike from service was quick to fix these issues on the spot. By the time we were done with the paperwork we were ready to roll!

After seeing a 2020 Grand Design Transcend 245RL, I decided to take a ride to Galloway. I met Billy Ray, and knew right then and there I found the right dealership and product.

Billy Ray answered all my questions, and made the trade in process as easy as possible. We specifically needed to have a tri fold sofa, and the RV did not come with one, but Billy Ray found a way to make it happen!

The RV is exactly what I've been looking for, but the level of service and professionalism that White Horse RV offers should be the gold standard for all RV dealers.

First things first, Dave was awesome. Amazing experience, great knowledge, and expert salesmen. It was a little rocky in the beginning with a few issues on a used unit we bought, however White Horse addressed and corrected every problem we had to make things right.

Will highly recommend and continue to deal with in the future.

Second, the service department was extremely friendly. They might not answer the phone on the first try but they will always call you back. Camping World doesn't compare to the level of service you will receive at White Horse. Thank you.

I bought a camper here July 2020. Very good service. Now that I’m over a year in, I’ve had warranty issues through out that year. Whitehorse rv has been very accommodating in fixing these issues. Everything I had wrong was repaired. Their service dept. is top notch. People working there are very respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

Honesty. Patience. Integrity. Sincerity. When my wife and I were interested in a beautiful unit that White Horse had on their lot one day, Barry took us out to guide us through our browsing.

We thought we would spend a few minutes checking out the RV. We were there for four hours - all the while Barry stayed with us to find us our answers, to get a mechanic involved when he didn't have them, to let us go through our process at our pace - not his.

My husband and I have been looking to replace our pop up we have out grown for 6 months. We had 2 different campers we liked out of hundreds we had looked at. Forest River Vibe or Grand Design Transcend.

So being from Delaware we went to 2 local dealerships who basically treated us not so nicely. So I started looking outside Delaware and came across White Horse RV Galloway who happened to be a Grand Design Dealer and happened to have the 2 Transcend models we were interested in.

So on Saturday August 14th without calling we took the 2 hr trip.

From the time we stepped on the property we were treated like we mattered everyone was super nice. We met Thomas our sales man first but happened to be a little busy so Joe showed us a model we had not considered and decided we wanted.

Thomas spoke with us about the 297QB and we spoke about our trade and pricing of the 297QB. We left there about 3 so we could really talk and decide and before we got out of Jersey we called back and got the deal rolling.

Saturday August 21 we went back to pick up our beautiful camper. I want to THANK EVERYONE … Joe , Thomas , Chris, Jon and sorry forgot her name our tech who did our walk through and the 2 parts people.

My husband and I are first-time RV'ers, and we are so very glad we purchased through WhiteHorseRV. Because we have a large family (6 children & 2 dogs), we were looking for something rather specific within the towing parameters of our SUV. We had been window shopping for a few years and only got serious in 2021...when inventory was flying off the lot. We ended up with a 2016 Keystone Cougar X-Lite 31SQB Travel Trailer.

From our first contact through our purchase and even afterwards, we were met with nothing but the best customer service. In fact, on our first trip out, we found a few issues that WhiteHorseRV immediately fixed for free, even replacing a few parts that may not have needed replacing, but were on their way out.

Our intention was to purchase wherever we found the unit for our family, but after such an excellent experience, we can't imagine purchasing from anyone else when the next time comes.

As an aside, we know from speaking with others that our experience is the norm for those who choose to shop at WhiteHorse.

Overall it was a stress-free experience with absolutely no sales pressure. Billy Ray helped us through the entire process from the first day we stopped in to the day we picked up our RV.

He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help us and to make sure everything went smoothly.

I was so hesitant to buy a camper because I hVe so many horror storiea about rv dealers and their service departments.

From the moment I called white Horse (happily got Billy Ray as our sales person), it was a positive experience. I cannot commend white Horse rv enough, especially Billy Ray.

He was so easy to work with, answered any and all we had questions, went out of his way to make sure everything was done for the pre-inspection, and even checked (and fixed) the wiring in the stereo for us before we left. After we got our camper home, I noticed a little hole in a cabinet (which just looks like a screw went through it) and Billy Ray responded right away and let me know how to fix it (also offered to fix it if I brought it in, but it really is an easy fix) and is also sending me out the material to fix it.

Paul, the guy who installed our hitch was a wealth of knowledge as well, and really took the time to make sure we understood the hitch setup and how it worked. Lori in the parts department was also super helpful and took her time to go over everything we would need for camping. This team was a dream!!!
