I have been camping for over 40 years and have, therefore, purchased and dealt with many RV salespeople. Cliff is an extraordinary salesperson in many ways:

1) From the first time we met Cliff, it was obvious he genuinely cared about what was best for us. In other words, he did not push the most expensive trailer on us. Actually, we were originally looking for something small to hold us over until retirement.

2) Cliff had a lot of patience. Lol. Since I was apprehensive about purchasing a trailer different than what I was used to, Cliff showed us everything and explained differences in detail. After countless texts and in-person showings, Cliff still kept focused on what was best for us at this point in our lives by pointing out things I never thought of. Again, it wasn't about the sale. He truly cared about us being happy with whatever we purchased.

3) Since I have read about and heard horror stories about service departments in general (NOT at Whitehorse RV), I had many questions about warranty work, etc., Cliff brought us to the service department to meet the manager and technician. That's the first time anyone has invited us to meet the people who will be servicing our camper. Rachel and John were so nice and could not have been more helpful. This alone was what pretty much sealed the deal for us when it came to wanting to deal with the Whitehorse RV Egg Harbor City location.

4) Cliff went out of his way many times which meant staying after hours once as well as answering countless questions via texts.

From my experience with many campers (fifth wheels and travel trailers), expect to have some kind of problem with something at some point. The most important thing is to stick with a place that's honest, has a reliable service department, and goes out of their way to help people out. I saw this first-hand while at the Egg Harbor City location as I overheard Brian the manager do whatever he could to make a customer happy AFTER their purchase.

After we purchased a 2024 Grand Design 2500RL, we did have a very minor issue on our test run with it. My husband sent an email and Brian the manager, the tech department, and Cliff responded almost immediately. It was unbelievable. They wanted us to get the trailer in ASAP so they could take care of the issue. To me, this was amazing because the issue is so minor that we're just going to put it on our list for Fall service, BUT it shows that they ALL care even after the purchase has been made. Thank you, Cliff and everyone at Whitehorse RV in Egg Harbor City, for dealing with a tough sale (lol) in the best way possible as well as literally jumping at the opportunity to "make things right" when it's not even a major concern.

Everyone involved is informed and very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2024 class c Melbourne from the Williamstown dealer. We had a few kinks that needed attention (similar to buying a new car or boat). Our salesman, Kevin, responded quickly to our concerns and directed us to service and Rusty has quickly solved our issues. This company is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this family company.

Best buying experience. No pressure, no oversell, no gimmick, just straight forward “I care for your enjoyment” informative guided purchasing experience. Heather was great at showing us all the motorcoach available in their lot and offered the best for my family. I am really satisfied with the purchase and I am going to enjoy the motor coach for a long time. Before I signed any documents, the service team provided walk thru of the entire RV and noted all of our concerns and noted on the sales document. Thank you for the entire Whitehorse RV team and especially Heather for her honest opinion on all the RV showcased to us. She found and recommended the one that we will enjoy for a long time!!

Hello, I just wanted to send a big Thank you to Chris Spancake, and the team in Galloway. I recently purchased my first camper, and Chris was very helpful during the process. The crew was very helpful in explaining the “ins and outs” of camper life. I’m enjoying my camper and looking forward to many adventures and destinations! I am currently camping on an avocado farm about 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean in California! Not many people can say that they’ve gone coast to coast, and I couldn’t have gotten here without Chris’ help!

Our experience was almost too easy. We traded a travel trailer for a new to us travel trailer requiring pickup and delivery. We expected this to be a stressful process but White Horse RV showed us that they do this all the time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. We will now be customers for life. Forget the big business RV centers. It’s not worth the trouble.

I had a great experience at White Horse RV when buying our 2023 Coachman Catalina. Clift was my salesman and did a good job showing me around the RV during the initial viewing. Before closing the deal we spoke with Bill and he gave us an in depth look at our RV’s specifications and amenities.

The environment was very welcoming as well. Overall, my experience at White Horse RV was very pleasant.

This experience was seamless. We were in/out, purchased and home within 5 days! They were super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Customer service was on point, and they helped us even with their gap in staffing at the moment.

There were no hiccups, nothing was hidden. They were fully transparent and up front with us with everything. 10/10 will absolutely recommend!

If you’re looking for a Brand they carry and you’re in the area I highly recommend giving them serious consideration, you won’t be disappointed.

A big shout out to the service department at White Horse! The seal on our front window of our 2019 Apex Nano had degraded. It took a few days to set up the service appointment (expected). We brought the trailer in on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Wednesday. Kudos to Rachel for her efficient and accommodating service!! Service with a smile, Rachel!! Thanks!!!

Needed a last minute repair item with a question as well. It was 15 minutes before closing a Will as very gracious to not only show but demonstrate the answer to our question.

Everyone at white horse rv in egg harbor nj were great . They took care of me and my family from the moment we walked in the door . This is the second time but a new rv and they made it an easy and enjoyable experience !!

Everyone at White Horse RV was just amazing to deal with. Dave M was the best sales person, extremely knowledgeable, yet low key with no pressure for me to buy, the gentleman who gave me my overview was detailed and made sure I was comfortable, and everyone I dealt with in the business office was professional and made the whole process easy. I have purchased RVs from White Horse in the past, and so glad I went back there again. Just an awesome experience.

We just purchased our second RV from White Horse RV. Joe C was our salesman both times. He is great. He is attentive without being pushy or overbearing. The settlement went smoothly and Glen delivered the RV to our seasonal site for us. He even came back to make some adjustments to its positioning. I will always buy from White Horse!

Needed a grommet for my rv the parts guy said he had one went down to pick it up had it in a plastic bag on the counter

I had a stress free experience dealing with Cliff at Whitehorse RV! He answered all the questions I had and was not overbearing or pushy in anyway. I also really appreciate that they post detailed pics of their inventory including the stickers so that you can see exactly what you're going to wind up with.

I wound up ordering a new Grand Design 23LDE and delivery day was super smooth thanks to Charlie in the service department. I had some conversations with other dealers and they were pretty uninterested in talking to me unless they saw the money potential in a timely manor, and I just didn't have that feeling here at all. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I just bought our first travel trailer from White Horse RV in Galloway yesterday and are so happy with our purchase. They walked us through the trailer and got us setup & hooked up, even in the pouring rain!
