Our 3-Week Service Promise:

At White Horse RV Center, we strive to complete most service work within a 3-week window from the date of drop-off. While this is our standard goal, please understand that certain circumstances—such as parts shortages, shipping delays, or custom part requests—can unfortunately extend this timeline. We do our best to expedite all repairs and communicate any delays as they arise. If you have upcoming travel plans or special needs, please let your service advisor know at check-in so we can make every effort to accommodate you. We appreciate your patience and thank you for trusting us with your RV.

Pick-Up Policy, Diagnostic Authorization, and Terms

Once you've been notified that your RV service is complete, we kindly ask that you arrange pick-up within 5 business days. This helps us manage space and maintain timely service for all customers. While we understand that situations can arise, White Horse RV Center reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $60 per day beginning on the 6th business day after completion if the unit remains on-site. Our standard labor rate is $189.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $94.50 per service visit or diagnostic. By dropping off your RV, you authorize White Horse RV Center to perform diagnostic services related to your stated concerns and accept the applicable charges for these services. If we are performing service on your holding tanks and they are not emptied and sanitized at the time of drop-off, a $94.50 tank flush fee will be added to your invoice to ensure a clean and safe work environment for our team. If repairs are submitted for warranty and the claim is denied, you will be responsible for all diagnostic charges at the rates listed above. If we are unable to complete the work within the originally estimated timeframe and you choose to leave your RV on-site, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary decision. You are free to use or relocate your RV at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide safe, timely, and high-quality service.

Winterization Disclaimer (October 1 – April 30): From October 1 through April 30, all RVs should be properly winterized prior to drop-off unless scheduled for immediate service. White Horse RV Center is not responsible for any damage caused by freezing temperatures due to improper or non-winterized units. If your RV arrives unprotected during this period, you assume full responsibility for any related issues, including burst plumbing lines, cracked fittings, or water damage. Please speak with your service advisor if you need assistance with winterizing your unit before or after your scheduled service.
