At White Horse RV Center, your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our Road Service is designed to support you when you need it most—whether you're camping or dealing with an immobile RV. Please review the policy below for a full understanding of how our service works, what’s included, and how to schedule.
Road service is scheduled based on urgency and critical camping needs.
Availability is limited and appointments are prioritized accordingly.
Road service is available Monday through Friday
No weekend or holiday road service is offered at this time.
Flat Fee: $189 per visit.
This is a one-time fee per generated work order and covers travel to your site. Labor and parts are additional unless covered by a warranty or service contract.
Residential Visits:
Road service to home addresses is evaluated case-by-case. We typically do not provide residential service unless the RV is a down unit—meaning the unit is inoperable due to a mechanical or safety issue and cannot be safely transported. Campground calls tied to active trips or critical camping needs are given scheduling priority.
A credit card is required before dispatch to reserve your appointment. This card is securely held and no charges will be processed until after service is completed and reviewed with you.
Labor and parts are additional, unless covered under a valid manufacturer warranty or extended service contract.
Shipping charges and shop supplies are:
Never covered by extended service contracts and will always be the customer’s responsibility.
Covered by manufacturer warranties only if the repair itself is a covered item.
Shop supplies include items like sealants, hardware, adhesives, and disposables required to complete your repair. These are charged either as a flat rate or itemized based on the repair.
If you have an extended service contract, please review it to determine if a deductible applies. Our service team will also review your coverage and explain what is and isn’t included.
Warranty and contract coverage is not guaranteed. Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm all coverage specifics with their provider before requesting service.
To ensure technician safety and proper completion, the following services are not eligible for road service:
Underbelly repairs
Complex woodwork that requires shop tools
Roof replacements
Severe weather conditions may delay or prevent road service. If this occurs, we will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible while prioritizing safety.
Please refer to our attached Service Map for a visual of our coverage area. While we aim to be flexible, additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our primary zone. All appointments are subject to technician availability.
A customer or authorized owner/signer must be present during the road service appointment to:
Review the issue with our technician
Approve any non-covered repairs or charges
Provide access to the unit, if needed
Road service will not be performed without someone authorized on site.
By scheduling road service with White Horse RV Center, you confirm that you:
Have reviewed and agree to the terms of this Road Service Procedure.
Authorize payment for any non-covered charges, including labor, parts, shipping, shop supplies, and applicable deductibles.
Understand that if a technician arrives and the repair is not covered or is declined, the $189 road service fee still applies, as it covers travel and dispatch costs.
