White Horse RV Center – Down Payment Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing White Horse RV Center! We’re excited to help you begin your RV journey. To secure your RV, we require a down payment. Please review the following terms carefully before submitting payment:

Deposit Terms

• All payments made to reserve an RV are considered a down payment toward your purchase.

• Once received, your RV will be removed from active sale and held exclusively under your name.

Refund Policy

• Within 24 Hours of Payment:

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and remarketing costs.

• After 24 Hours of Payment:

  • The down payment becomes non-refundable, whether or not vehicle preparation has begun.

Prepping and Customization Clause

• If White Horse RV Center begins preparing your RV—including but not limited to inspection, cleaning/detailing, or accessory installation—the down payment becomes non-refundable, even if within the 24-hour window.

Special Order Policy

• All special retail factory orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. A special order refers to any RV not currently in stock or requiring factory customization.

Settlement Requirements and Cancellation After Hold

• Once payment is received, our team will contact you to schedule your orientation and settlement.

• We ask that all settlements be completed within 10 business days of your deposit.

• If no settlement is scheduled and completed within 30 calendar days—and you have not contacted us to arrange otherwise—your secured hold on the RV may be canceled at our discretion.

• In such cases, your down payment will be refunded less any costs incurred by the dealership, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Loss of advertising exposure for the RV

  • Missed sales opportunities with other interested buyers

  • Administrative or processing expenses

  • PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) or prepping expenses already performed

Communication of Special Requests and Dealer Option Pricing

• Any requests for dealer-installed options (e.g., solar systems, upgraded TVs, backup cameras) must be submitted at the time of deposit to ensure access to discounted dealer pricing.

• If added after the deposit, we may not be able to honor previously quoted or promotional pricing.

• Accessories can be added at any time; however, post-deposit additions may be subject to higher pricing and longer lead times.

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page, whether or not you reviewed them in full before completing payment. If you have questions, please contact us prior to submitting your down payment.
